We have had many e-mails asking us to do a review on wowtreasures.com to see if they are legit or if its just one great big scam. Well as we start off looking at the site we take special notice that the site navigation is quite simple and easy to navigate around. The most interesting thing i see on there site is they have a Trustwho link. Trustwho is basically a service to help people from getting scammed. I also noticed on there site they were an ebay titanium seller, paypal world seller, and they are ranked on a few gaming directories for WOW. WOWTreasures mainly concerns themselves with gold it seems like. They advertise for items, gold, and powerleveling. To the people that e-mailed us about us doing a review... Why would they want to try to scam you if they are affiliated with trustwho.com and are a titanium power seller on ebay? We will find out if they run a scam or not in this review we are doing.
We are now going to try and see what kind of customer service they have and how well they respond to our questions (also to see if they have any special deals for customers if they do not have the gold in stock). Well when we tried to talk to their LIVE SUPPORT we did not do so. There was no operator available at all. They had a replacement forum you fill out and send in for them to get back with you on your questions. Well they did get back with us VIA email. We could not get any special discounts or anything if we waited longer than 48 hours, which is kind of frustrating in my opinion. I tried again to use their live chat right before I ordered the gold and finally chatted with a live person. I asked them several different questions and they responded very slowly and seemed like they had to go ask their supervisor every time I asked a difficult question. Which is fine in my book, I want the right answers and not the wrong answers. Anyways, the customer service rep. was very nice and tried to help with my questions. The customer service was decent but it doesn't compare to a few other gold sellers at all!
Alright now we are going to purchase the gold! It’s going to be 400 Gold for the server Kargath (Horde). The 400 gold we are buying for our character on Kargath is running us $137.28 US dollars. After we put our order in we tried to contact the customer service to figure out how long it was going to take to receive the gold. So we know when to expect it. We finally got a hold of the customer service rep. they told us it should be sent to us by via mail in game within 48 hours. We waited for our gold to be delivered and it only took them 6 hours to deliver it. Not bad at all for having to farm up 400 gold on the Kargath server. I was kind of impressed with how fast they got the gold to us, for them to be completely out of stock that’s not bad to farm up 400 gold. I’m really impressed with this.
Rating WOW Treasures is kind of hard. They did a lot of good things with the website, so-so customer service reps, and they farmed the gold so fast I couldn’t believe it. I was really impressed with how fast they got it to us. So in return this makes me think they take their gold farming seriously and they want to have the best for their customers. The customer service was just not quite as good as our other top-notch sellers. We do recommend buying gold from this site it’s very fast and easy to navigate around which is what you want when you’re ordering isn’t it? Fast and easy does it? That’s what we think!
