First off, we are taking a quick look of the page layout and navigation of the site. The site itself seems pretty easy to navigate around, easy to follow through the site in our opinion. The only bad part that we as of right now is the navigation bars to choose your server its kind of annoying hunting through a huge list of servers. Lets look and see how they take care of the money transfers. Well, after looking a little closer they accept VISA, MASTERCARD, and Paypal.
They are a paypal world seller, ebay titanium power-seller, and they have a bizrate.com customer certification. These are all very important things to consider when you purchase gold from any site. They give a so-so impression on the main page of the site. After just taking a first look at the site I would feel safe buying from them after seeing every they have setup to make purchases.
Next, we are going to try the customer service before we buy any gold from this site. The reason being is to see if they have the gold in stock, and to see if its going to be a big trouble to get a hold of their customer service if something goes wrong. They were out of stock when I asked them but they did say if I ordered they would have it restocked within 24 hours. The interesting fact that the customer service rep. said is, “We will deliver straightaway to your mailbox or arrange a face-to-face trade with you.” Just by hearing that they will arrange a face-to-face delivery to you would be awesome. For the reason being less chance for blizzard to try to close your account for purchasing the gold. The reason being it’s not being delivered in your mailbox and sitting they’re waiting on you.
