We chose to review this site for an anonymous person that wanted to see how well this gold selling service was. When we started looking at the main page we first noticed they offered a variety of different games. The first and most important thing that caught our eyes was the Bizrate.com customer certified certificate they had. Next, we noticed they were a Paypal world seller and an Ebay Titanium power seller. They also use Google checkout. They have live support on there website, which is very user friendly in my point of view.
We talked to the online support they answered immediately which is great! They also told me while I was checking into my order if they did not give us the gold we ordered in 24 hours or less they would give us a 5% of our money back that we paid for the gold! Keep in mind if they don’t have it in stock for you then most likely if you order a big amount you will get a 5% refund of total cost of gold which is a great concept in my book.
The test amount that we were using on this review was 500 gold on the Frostwolf server (US). The asking price of the gold was $66.80 for 500 gold. It was kind of hard to navigate to find where to purchase the gold off of the site. It was fairly easy to find anything on power leveling though. After getting to the page to purchase it everything was really easy to follow. I didn’t have any problems going through and ordering the gold. It took us approximately 8 hours to receive the gold. Which isn’t bad at all considering that they didn’t have any gold in stock at all for this server! I am curious to know if anyone has bought a big sum of gold from this company and how long it took to receive your order. Just send us a e-mail and we will add your thoughts to this gold seller.
Overall, Swagvault had a outstanding customer support we did not have to wait that long to speak with a sales rep for the company. The sales rep was very friendly and tried to help us with all of our complex questions. For a decent sized organization they did great handling everything! I would do business with them again in a heartbeat if the customer service is always this great. I would recommend buying gold from this site if your more worried with having great customer service.
