Gamepal seemed to be a little different in terms of what they offer. We found that the website was easy to navigate around and I found my mouth watering after seeing everything they have available for World of Warcraft.
Gamepal is the first site that I have ever seen that actually rents accounts out. Very cool concept that other major players have yet to pick up on. There are two things that make me question the account rentals...the first thing being it is pretty expensive and I don't know a lot of people that would pay $15 to rent one for an hour. Secondly, since Blizzard now watches what IP addresses log into accounts it seems these accounts would be shut down quickly and without notice. With that said, it is pretty cool having the opportunity to play a class at level 60 to see if you really like it or not before slaving away hours upon hours leveling one there to find out you didn't like it after all. I wanted to rent one to try it out but I had too much work to do!
Like Brogame, Gamepal is a Powerseller although not a Titanium Powerseller like Brogame. (To tell you the truth I have no clue what the difference between the powerseller levels are...oh well...that's just my 2 cents!) Gamepal also sports a Verisign secure site logo which means it is a secure site. They also accept Paypal for payments as well as Google's new payment processor called Google checkout. The customer service is top notch and I was able to get into the live chat and talk with someone in under 2 minutes during prime time hours. That's good stuff.
On the gold selling side of the coin (no pun intended) it did take a little bit in order to receive our order. I clocked it at 25 hours after placing the order. A bit slow on that side but that seems to be because they didn't have gold on my server stocked up and they had to farm it. Had the gold been available and in stock it would have taken anywhere from 3 - 6 hours in order to receive it. According to other gold sellers that still is pretty slow. I have seen them as quick as 15 minutes before. We bought 500 gold for the test so if you purchase less than that the delivery times would be a lot faster I suppose.
Overall, a bit slow on the gold delivery due to being out of stock. Price was a little high for what we purchased. Customer service was fantastic and we will being doing business with them again! Maybe i'll finally get to rent an account to try that out!
